US Department of Commerce Removes 30 General Approved Exclusions (GAEs) from Steel and Aluminum Tariff Exclusions Process
The US Department of Commerce has removed 30 General Approved Exclusions (GAEs) from the steel and aluminum tariff exclusions process, following a review of public comments and additional analysis, to ensure only eligible GAEs continue to be included.
