EPA Proposes New System of Records for Human Resources Line of Business

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to create a new system of records to support payroll, human resource services, eLearning, and data analytics, as part of its Human Resources Line of Business (HR LoB) initiative.
