EPA Proposes Revisions to Arizona, California, and Nevada State Implementation Plans for Emissions Statements Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to portions of the Arizona, California, and Nevada State Implementation Plans (SIPs) regarding emissions statements (ES) requirements for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), covering 36 nonattainment areas across the three states.
