EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Information Collection Requests for Drinking Water and Water Treatment Rules

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on proposed information collection requests for the Microbial Rules, Public Water System Supervision Program, and Disinfectants/Disinfection Byproducts, Chemical and Radionuclides Rules, which are designed to ensure safe drinking water and fair treatment for all Americans. The EPA plans to submit these requests for review and approval to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) through the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
