Air Plan Approval; Virginia; Revision to the Classification and Implementation of the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard for the Northern Virginia Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia to classify and implement the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standard for the Northern Virginia nonattainment area, which is currently classified as marginal.
