EPA Takes Final Action Against New York and Pennsylvania for Failing to Submit State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken final action to find that New York and Pennsylvania failed to submit State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions required by the Clean Air Act (CAA) in a timely manner to address control technology requirements for reducing volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the 2016 Oil and Natural Gas Industry Control Techniques Guidelines (CTG).
