Solicitation of New Safe Harbors and Special Fraud Alerts

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking proposals to develop new safe harbor provisions under the Social Security Act and the Federal anti-kickback statute, as well as new OIG Special Fraud Alerts, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
