Nasdaq Grants Exemption to Nasdaq BX, Inc., The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, and Nasdaq PHLX LLC for Exemption Pursuant to Section 36(a) of the Exchange Act

Nasdaq BX, Inc., The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, and Nasdaq PHLX LLC have been granted an exemption from the rule filing requirements of Section 19(b) of the Exchange Act with respect to the Nasdaq ISE, LLC options listing rules, as per Section 36(a) of the Exchange Act.
