U.S. Court Upholds Commerce's Decision on Chinese Solar Cells

The U.S. Court of International Trade has ruled in favor of the Department of Commerce's decision on antidumping duties for Chinese solar cells, which were previously overturned by a court in 2021, and Commerce is now amending its previous results to reflect the new ruling.
