EPA Proposes Approval of California's Clean Air Plan for San Joaquin Valley

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve parts of California's plan to meet federal air quality standards in the San Joaquin Valley, a serious nonattainment area, to reduce fine particulate matter emissions.
