NRC Announces Placement of Mississippi Agreement State Program on Probation
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has placed the Mississippi Agreement State Program on probation for regulating certain Atomic Energy Act of 1954 materials, following a review of the program's performance and a plan for improvement.
