NRC Requests Renewal of Information Collection for Low-Level Radioactive Waste Forms
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of its collection of NRC Forms 541 and 541A, used for low-level radioactive waste manifest and description purposes.
