DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Accelerated Payments for Small Business Contractors

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020, providing for accelerated payments to small business contractors and subcontractors, and a comparable statute applicable only to the Department of Defense.
