GSA to Redefine Minimal Value of Foreign Gift Items
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) will update the minimal value of foreign gift items to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the preceding 3-year period, as required by law, effective January 1, 2023.
