U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Panasonic Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting complainants' motion to amend the complaint and investigation, replacing Panasonic Corporation with Panasonic Holdings Corporation in the investigation.
