EU Approves Dutch, Polish, and Spanish Mushrooms for US Market

The US FDA has approved certain preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain for sale in the US market, following a proposal by the Dutch company, FrieslandCampina, in collaboration with the Polish company, Polskie Spółki Zoologiczne, and the Spanish company, Grupo Alimentario Félix.
