USPTO Publishes Updated Guidance on Determining Obviousness

The USPTO has released updated guidance to help examiners apply the Supreme Court's directives on obviousness, following the KSR v. Teleflex decision, and to provide clarity on post-KSR precedential cases of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
