USPTO to Set or Adjust Patent Fees for Fiscal Year 2025

The USPTO will adjust patent fees to ensure sufficient revenue to cover estimated costs, as mandated by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act and the Study of Underrepresented Classes Chasing Engineering and Science Success Act of 2018.
