Consumer Product Safety Commission Approves Changes to Automatic Garage Door Safety Standard

The CPSC has approved changes to the safety standard for automatic residential garage door operators, which will be implemented through a direct final rule, following the approval of entrapment protection provisions in the UL 325 standard in June 2023.
