FCC Reviewing Petition to Swap TV Channels in Billings, Montana

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is reviewing a petition from Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC to swap TV channels 10 and 20 in Billings, Montana, after Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC, the owner of WTVQ-TV, channel 10, filed a request with the FCC to substitute channel 20 for channel 10 in the Table of Allotments.
