FCC Amends FM Table of Allotments to Remove Vacant Channels

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has amended its rules to remove vacant FM allotment channels that were auctioned or filed for noncommercial use, and now authorizes licensed stations to use these channels, eliminating the need for further notice and comment.
