FCC Reviews Information Collection Requirements Under Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is reviewing its information collection requirements as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and is seeking public comments on the necessity and utility of the information collected. The review is mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
