Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Adopts Drive Test Parameters and Model for Alaska Plan Participants

The Federal Communications Commission's Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has adopted drive test parameters and a model for Alaska Plan mobile providers GCI Communication Corp and Copper Valley Wireless, and is seeking public comment on requiring them to submit new data if they fail to meet their performance plan.
