City of Charlottesville to Transfer Federally Assisted Facility to Public Body

The City of Charlottesville plans to transfer a facility and land to the Charlottesville Facilities Maintenance Division of Public Works, following a federal law that allows for the transfer of FTA-funded assets to public bodies without further federal obligation.
