FCC Announces Approval of Disclosure Requirement for Multiple Tenant Environments

The Federal Communications Commission has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget to enforce a three-year disclosure requirement for exclusive marketing agreements in multiple tenant environments, as mandated by the 2022 FCC Order 22-12.
