FCC Proposes Changes to VRS Rules for Communications Assistants

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to modify certain provisions of its Video Relay Service (VRS) rules, including allowing Communications Assistants (CAs) to work from home for up to 80% of a provider's monthly minutes and eliminating a three-year experience rule for remote CAs.
