FDA Announces Fiscal Year 2024 Outsourcing Facility Fee Rates

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the fiscal year 2024 rates for establishment and reinspection fees for outsourcing facilities that compound human drugs and register under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). The rates include a small business establishment fee of $6,196, a non-small business establishment fee of $20,036, and a reinspection fee of $18,588.
