FDA Announces Biosimilar User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2024

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the user fee rates for biosimilar biological products for fiscal year 2024, which will be in effect from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, as mandated by the Biosimilar User Fee Amendments of 2022.
