USDA Requests Extension of Information Collection for Complaints and Compensation for Construction Defects

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Housing Service is seeking an extension of its currently approved information collection related to complaints and compensation for construction defects, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites public comments on this proposal.
