USDA Proposes Revision to SNAP Civil Rights Data Collection Methods

The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is proposing to revise SNAP regulations to improve the collection of race and ethnicity data, aiming to enhance Federal civil rights law and policy, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
