EPA Submits Information Collection Request for TSCA Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the deadline for reporting requirements under the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) for 30 additional days, following a previous 60-day comment period that ended in November 2019.
