Early Scoping Notice for Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Proposed LYNX Silver Line Project

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) are issuing an early scoping notice to inform other agencies and the public that they plan to investigate the feasibility of a light rail transit system in the West and Southeast Corridors of the Charlotte metropolitan area, as part of the proposed LYNX Silver Line Project (SLP).
