EPA Denies Reconsideration of Accidental Release Prevention Requirements

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied all three petitions for reconsideration of the final revisions to the Accidental Release Prevention Requirements: Risk Management Programs under the Clean Air Act, published in the Federal Register on December 19, 2019.
