Privacy Act of 1974: System of Records

The National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC) is providing notice of a new system of records titled NCPC-5, General Information Technology Records System, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974. This system will allow authorized individuals to access NCPC's information technology resources.
