US Postal Service to Review Incremental Costs and Peak-Season Expenses in Periodic Reports

The US Postal Service Commission has initiated an informal rulemaking proceeding to revise its procedures for calculating incremental costs and accounting for peak-season expenses in its periodic reports, inviting public comment and seeking input from stakeholders.
