Air Plan Approval; ID, Incorporation by Reference Updates and Rule Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve Idaho's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, which update Federal requirements and clarify permitting rules, in line with Clean Air Act standards.
