US Army Corps of Engineers Proposes Reissue and Modification of Nationwide Permits

The US Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to reissue and modify its Nationwide Permits, which authorize certain activities under the Clean Water Act and Rivers and Harbors Act, and issue five new permits, including ones for mariculture activities and electric utility lines.
