Nasdaq to Review Proposed Rule Change for Companies in Restrictive Markets

The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has initiated proceedings to evaluate a proposed rule change that would impose additional initial listing criteria for companies primarily operating in restrictive markets, such as those in North Korea, Iran, and other sanctioned jurisdictions.
