EPA Delegation of Authority to Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is delegating authority to the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board (ABCAQCB) to implement and enforce New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for certain sources in the region.
