EPA Corrects Significant New Use Rules for Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a technical correction to its significant new use rules for certain chemical substances, correcting an error in the identification of a chemical substance's CASRN number, which was previously incorrectly listed in the August 3, 2020 Federal Register.
