FMCSA Grants 5-Year Exemption to Charles Machine Works, Inc. for Use of Gravity-Fed Fuel Systems

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has approved Charles Machine Works, Inc.'s application to use gravity or syphon-fed fuel systems for auxiliary equipment installed on commercial motor vehicles, provided it operates only when the vehicle is stationary.
