Access Board Issues Final Rule for Guidance Documents

The Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board has issued a final rule to implement an Executive Order promoting the rule of law through improved agency guidance documents, establishing internal requirements for the issuance, public availability, and modification or withdrawal of its guidance documents.
