HUD Proposes Rule to Streamline Implementation of Economic Growth Act Changes to FSS Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has proposed a rule to streamline and simplify the implementation of changes to the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program, as mandated by the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (Economic Growth Act), signed into law on May 24, 2018.
