Nasdaq Grants Exemption to Six Exchanges for Rule Filing Requirements

Nasdaq BX, Inc., Nasdaq GEMX, LLC, Nasdaq ISE, LLC, Nasdaq MRX, LLC, and Nasdaq PHLX LLC have been granted an exemption by Nasdaq for certain rule filing requirements under Section 36(a) of the Exchange Act, as per Section 19(b) of the Exchange Act.
