Defense Department Modifies Records System for Military Service Members and National Guard

The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) is updating its records system, 'Inquiry and Case Management System (ICMS)', to better support the National Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Ombudsman Program, which assists military personnel with employment and re-employment issues.
