US Department of Housing and Urban Development Designates Difficult Development Areas and Qualified Census Tracts for 2021

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has designated Difficult Development Areas (DDAs) and Qualified Census Tracts (QCTs) for the Low-Income Housing Credit (LIHTC) under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 42, as mandated by law.
