Approval of Texas Air Quality Plans; Clean Data Determination for the 2010 1-Hour Primary Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard; Anderson and Freestone Counties and Titus County Nonattainment Areas
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Anderson and Freestone Counties and the Titus County nonattainment areas in Texas have attained the 2010 1-hour primary Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard due to permanent shutdown of primary SO2 emission sources, meeting the NAAQS for SO2. This determination is based on monitoring data, emissions data, and previous modeling evaluations.
