(Responsible Party: Christopher Dold, DVM), 9205 Southpark Center Loop, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida 32819, to import one stranded, non-releasable (captive) adult female Pacific white-sided dolphin (Lagenorhynchus obliquidens) for public display purposes.
