INEOS Nitriles USA LLC Granted Exemption for Hazardous Waste Injection at Green Lake Complex

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reissued an exemption to INEOS Nitriles USA LLC for three Class I hazardous waste injection wells at their Green Lake Complex in Port Lavaca, Texas, allowing underground injection of specific hazardous wastes until December 31, 2028.
