DOD Proposes Exemption for Investigative Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to exempt records maintained in the Case Control System--Investigative from the Privacy Act of 1974, following the publication of a System of Records Notice in the Federal Register on August 9, 2011.
